Our salon Policies are as follows:

-We reserve the right to refuse late clients as it delays other clients appointments.

-No shows or missed appointments/cancelations: We reserve the right to charge a last minute cancelation fee of 25% of the original appointment. Cancelations should be done 48hours in advance. No shows will be charged an additional 25% plus deposit of their service before booking another appointment. After three missed appointments we reserve the right to refuse service.

-Refunds Or Issues: Our work in Guaranteed for 1 week, so if you feel you need something fixed or touched up please contact us right away and it will be our pleasure to help you! All our services are non refundable. We reserve the right to refuse services if the 1 week guarantee is over or clients do not contact the salon via phone.
